Applications for Admission
Both undergraduate and graduate applications are submitted with supporting documentation. The documents, which are usually processed at the main campus, must be accurately captured and reliably transmitted via the Internet. With ILINX Capture, applications can be scanned at remote campuses, routed for approval and comment and then stored at a central location.
Financial Aid Applications
With ILINX Capture, both paper and electronic applications can be captured at remote location along with supporting documentation, at either a scan center or using a desktop scanner. Once transmitted to a central campus location, ILINX Capture’s flexible workflow capabilities allow the documents to be routed for approval and pushed to a repository.
Counseling & Advising
When counselors meet with students to assist with curriculum planning, the sessions result in recommendations and plans. Counselors can simply capture these documents with a desktop scanner, using ILINX Capture via an Internet connection. Easily configurable workflow routing allows the employee to incorporated the documents into the student record.
Student Health Services
Like any other clinic or hospital, the services provided at Student Health Centers result in a series of transactions that require the need to capture information. ILINX Capture allows enables capture at the time of the transaction, whether it’s scanning an insurance card at admission or a health directive posted during treatment. ILINX Capture can also capture and push information into Electronic Medical Records systems.
